ABOUT

I’m an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist in Pasadena and East LA, and I love supporting adults and teens as they navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, codependency, life transitions, and the broader LGBTQ+ experience. I work with people from all backgrounds, with a focus on the queer community, because I understand some of the unique challenges they face – and I’m here to try and make that journey a little easier.

We all carry around experiences that can feel like unshakable truths about ourselves (sometimes without even realizing it), but that doesn’t have to be the case. Together, we’ll explore those experiences with curiosity, compassion, and maybe even a few laughs along the way — because growth doesn’t always have to be serious business.

I also find value in understanding how societal expectations and cultural norms shape identity and mental health. Through our work, we’ll create a space for reflection, healing, and transformation, helping you reconnect with yourself and figure out what’s really working in your life (and what isn’t).

Facing life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, which is often why it takes time to reach out for support. My goal is to make that first step feel safe and supported, so we can explore, reflect, and take meaningful steps forward – no pressure, no judgment, just consistent guidance along the way.

If any of this resonates, reach out for a 15 minute phone consultation so we can determine if we’re the right fit for one another. If not – I'd be more than happy to give some referrals for other colleagues in my network.

I earned my bachelor’s degree in Gender Studies from UCLA, where I dove into intersectional thinking—examining how identities like race, gender, sexuality, and class influence our experiences. I completed my master’s in Clinical Psychology at Antioch University Los Angeles, continuing my work through a social justice and inclusive lens.
