ABOUT ME
I work with people from all backgrounds and have particular experience supporting individuals in the queer community, with an understanding of some of the unique challenges they may face. I’m passionate about supporting people through both everyday struggles and deeper concerns rooted in the past. My approach is grounded in social justice and intersectionality, recognizing how culture, gender, and identity shape how we experience the world.
We all carry experiences that can feel like undeniable truths about who we are and because they’ve been part of our story for so long, we rarely stop to question them. Together, we’ll explore those experiences with curiosity, compassion, and maybe some humor, because I believe growth happens in real conversations.
I also value understanding how societal expectations and cultural norms influence identity and mental health. Throughout our time together we’ll figure out what’s working in your life — and what isn’t.
Facing life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, which is often why it takes time to reach out for help. My goal is to make that first step feel easier so we can begin exploring what’s coming up for you and what you need next.
