ABOUT ME
I work with people from all backgrounds, with a focus on the queer community, because I understand some of the unique challenges they face and I’m here to try and make that journey a little easier. I’m passionate about supporting people through both everyday struggles and deeper concerns rooted in the past. My approach is grounded in social justice and intersectionality, recognizing how culture, gender, and identity shape the way we experience the world.
We all carry experiences that can feel like undeniable truths about who we are and because they’ve been part of our story for so long, we rarely stop to question them. Together, we’ll explore those experiences with curiosity, compassion, and maybe even a few laughs along the way, because I believe growth happens in real conversations.
I also value understanding how societal expectations and cultural norms influence identity and mental health. Through our work, we’ll create a space for reflection, healing, and transformation, helping you reconnect with yourself and figure out what’s working in your life — and what isn’t.
Facing life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, which is often why it takes time to reach out for help. My goal is to make that first step feel safe and supported, so we can explore, reflect, and help you move forward.
